Division guidelines:
We recommend athletes expect the following skills/weights for RX/Scaled division.
Pull-ups/Ring Rows or Jumping Pull-ups
T2B/Knee Raise
Double Unders/Single Unders
Dumbbell movements (50/35)/(35/20)
Wall walks/Open Scaled Wall Walk Standard
Snatch (expect a ladder with low reps and working up to heavy weights)
Expect bar or ring mu (pull-ups for scaled) in the final workout/Pull-ups
