CFKL + CFNW + CFLD In-House Competition
About This Competition
It's time for our second annual CFKL + CFNW + CFLD In-House Competition!
Grab a friend (same gender), form a team of two and test your fitness together with the support of your communities.
Wondering which category is best for you?
Here's a breakdown of skills both of you should have (this is not a complete list of movements that might show up in the competition - they're meant to help you decide which category is the right one for you to register for):
- Rx'd: 60/43kg is a comfortable weight for you in workouts. You should not be afraid of C2B, T2B, HSPU, Double Under and Box Jumps
- Scaled: 35/25kg is a comfortable weight for you in workouts.
You should not be afraid of jumping Pull Up, Knee Raise, Single Under and Step Up.
There's 10 male and 10 female team spots available per category.
Registration
Registration is €60 per team (Competition Corner fees not included).
Registration closes 2 weeks prior to the competition date.

We'd be pumped to have you supporting as a volunteer. Events like this would not be possible with you!
