2024 Operator Challenge
About This Competition
The 2024 BLKOPS 💀 Operator Challenge is a single-day In-House comp featuring teams of 2 athletes (M/F).
Divisions will feature Rx and Scaled Divisions ⚔️
The competition will feature 3 events (Event 1A & 1B will be scored separately)
There is ample parking in the adjacent lot as well as a local coffee shop neighboring the building ☕️
Tee shirt sizes must be annotated during event sign-up to ensure we can supply you with an event tee
Substitutes are authorized leading up to the registration closing date. Tee Shirt sizes may be affected by late changes
Food and drinks will be provided after the event

Scaled 105/65 lbs
The score is the combined reps of Athlete 1 and Athlete 2
Athletes will start the workout at the culmination of Workout #1
Athletes will be working at the same time on separate barbells
Athletes can load the barbells early to the required weight

Workout notes:
Athlete 1 must do ALL the deadlifts
Athlete 2 must do ALL the bench press
Each team can choose who does what lift
Athletes can break lifts into sets following a “You Go I Go” flow
Athletes can split the rope climbs and echo cals however they like
Athletes can change the rotation/order of who goes at their leisure

Run the bags past the designated line for the final time
Workout Notes:
Athletes will start the workout with 6 Synchro SandBag Squats | After which, every 6:00 they will stop whatever they are doing to complete 6 Synchro SandBag Squats before resuming the workout
Bike Erg - Athletes will split the work | One athlete must hold their SandBag off the ground while the machine moves | Athletes can perform any type of shoulder carry
Once athletes complete their synchro step overs they will run the bags to the pull-up bars | Once they pass the designated line they can ground the bags to begin their gymnastics
T2B/HKR - Athletes will split the work | Sandbag can be grounded through the duration of the work | Athletes can pick the bag up early, but cannot run back until their partner has completed the final gymnastic rep and has picked up their bag
Once the final round of gymnastics is complete, both athletes must cross the designated line for their final time
"Thrust or Bust"
4:00 to achieve 1 Rep Max Thruster
The score is the combined weight of Athlete 1 and Athlete 2's lifts
Athletes will start the workout together on separate barbells (45/35lbs)
The barbell must be empty at the start of the workout
