Fight For the Fittest 2026
About This Competition
The Fight For the Fittest 2026 competition is back and growing! This year we will be expanding yet again to host even more divisions with more opportunities for you to compete and some changes to our past layout! Our individual divisions will now compete over the course of 2 days while our teams (Sat.) and pairs (Sun) will each have one full day of competition. Sign up for Teams or Pairs if you want to compete for a single day, or sign up for the individual division tom compete both OR both the teams and pairs divisions if you want a full weekend of competition! The event will be held at the Suffolk Credit Union Arena at Suffolk County Community College in Brentwood, NY.
We are excited to continue to bring this premier off season event to our competitors and community! You can look forward to great competition, unique experiences, and most importantly a FUN weekend!
The event will take place over the course of 2 days of competition. Teams are guaranteed 3 workouts and a final for the top teams in each division. Pairs are guaranteed 4 workouts. Individuals are guaranteed 5 workouts and a final for the top teams in each division.
We fully expect this event to sell out, so please do not delay!
*If you plan to register for more than one division, please note that you will need unique email addresses and conquest accounts for each registration. Please ensure you use email addresses that you have access to as all event correspondence will use the email address associated with your registration.
**If your division is sold out, please email us at FightForTheFittest@gmail.com, subject line "Waitlist " & your desired division. and we will add you to the waiting list. Athletes on the waiting list will be contacted on a first come first serve basis if there are withdrawals or if we expand the division and open up more space.

Registration includes 1-2 days of competition dependent on the division, *team name plate, and *event t-shirt.
(*In order to receive the team nameplate and event t-shirt, athletes must be registered by the registration deadline September 1st, 2025. All registrations after this deadline will not be guaranteed a name plate and t-shirt.)

*These are general guidelines. All workouts will be released prior to the event and may or may not include the following movements and may also include movements and equipment not listed.
Teams
In order to compete in the the RX TEAM division you should be comfortable with the following weights & movements:
Snatch: 135/95, Clean & Jerk: 185/115, Deadlift: 225/155
Box jump: 24/20, Double Unders, Chest-to-bar pull-ups, Toes-to bar, Handstand pushups, Handstand walks, Bar Muscle Ups, All worm movements
In order to compete in the the Scaled Team division you should be comfortable with the following weights & movements:
Snatch: 95/65, Clean & Jerk: 135/95, Deadlift: 185/135,
Box Jumps 24/20, Single Unders, Chin over bar pull-ups, All worm movements except over head movements
Individual
In order to compete in the the RX division you should be comfortable with the following weights & movements:
Snatch: 135/95, Clean & Jerk: 185/115, Deadlift: 225/155
Box jump: 24/20, Double Unders, Chest-to-bar pull-ups, Toes-to bar, Handstand pushups, Bar muscle up, Handstand Walks
In order to compete in the the Intermediate division, you should be comfortable with the following weights & movements:
Snatch: 95/65, Clean & Jerk: 135/95, Deadlift: 185/135

In order to compete in the the Masters 40-49 division, you should be comfortable with the following weights & movements:

Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each division, which will be determined by the main events and the final event (when applicable). Cash prizes TBD based on registrations.
Prizes will be posted on our instagram and listed here at a later point.
**PLEASE BE ADVISED**
We reserve the right to respectfully refuse registration in all divisions from top level elite athletes.
Teams: Each team in the RX division is allowed a maximum of 1 “Elite athlete”.
Individual RX & Intermediate/Pairs RX & Scaled: No elite athletes will be allowed to compete in the individual and pairs divisions.
Individual Masters: There are no elite level restrictions within the Masters divisions.
Elite level is defined by us as athletes having competed in The CrossFit Games in the past as an individual or team (since 2021), or a semifinal as an individual(past 3 years). We reserve the right to use our discretion and other factors when making these determinations. This does not include athletes competing in the CrossFit Games in any of the age group divisions.
We ask this so that our event can be a fun and competitive venue for the remainder of our RX, intermediate, & scaled athletes with a more level playing field. Thank you for your cooperation.
Spectators
Spectator tickets will be sold both in advance via this registration page and at the door the weekend of the event. Spectator tickets are $30 + taxes/fees for one day access or $40 + taxes/fees for two day access. No refunds will be given on spectator tickets. Children 10 and under are free of charge.
Judges / Staff
We are looking for volunteers to work the event as judges and/or additional staff. All staff will be provided with an event T-shirt as well as the event goodie bag that will include other products from our sponsors. Lunch will be provided for all staff. We work hard to make sure all our staff get loaded with as much swag as possible and have a good time.
You can register as a judge/staff member using this registration page. Staff are needed for the entirety of the event, however you may register for one day or two. Please note that once registered, we are counting on your participation. If you have time limitations or become unavailable, we ask that you email us immediately at FightForTheFittest@gmail.com letting us know so we can plan accordingly. During registration, please select whether you will be working Saturday, Sunday, or both days.

ARE REFUNDS ALLOWED?
All ticket sales are final and no refunds will be given. NO EXCEPTIONS.

ARE TICKETS TRANSFERABLE?
Tickets are non transferable and can only be used by the person listed on the ticket.
