About This Competition
After the success of our mixed pairs competition we will be running a same sex 3's functional fitness competition based near the centre of York at CrossFit Jorvik.
We believe competition should be fun and competitive for everyone, we want you to leave the day feeling accomplished.
We have have 3 categories Scaled, Intermediate and RX. You will complete 3 seeding workouts and be put in the appropriate category.
Seeding workouts will be released August 1st at 8am to be completed as a pair. These need to be submitted by 31/08/22.

Workouts
Every 2 minutes each athlete will complete 1 clean then move to the next weight, ready for the next 2 minutes to begin. You are allowed as many attempts as you wish.

If an athlete doesn't complete a clean or is timed out then they are done on the clean ladder. You can still support the rest of your team.
