ONLINE INDIVIDUAL 2023 SCALED COMPETITION

3 WORKOUTS RELEASED OVER 3 WEEKS STARTING 3rd APRIL 2023. WORKOUTS WILL RELEASE ON THE MONDAY FOR SUBMISSION ON THE SUNDAY EVE.
ALL WORKOUTS WILL REQUIRE VIDEO SUBMISSION
WORKOUT STANDARDS ARE AIMED FOR THE SCALED. USING THE OPEN SCALED STANDARDS AS A GUIDLINE FOR DIFFICULTY.
