M/M, F/F, and M/F partner combinations are available!

2023 Standard Details

These weights are recommendations for working sets, not one rep maxes. These are just suggestions to help you decide which division is best for your team. Movements listed may not be programmed. All athletes could possibly see odd object work, running, rowing, swimming, and biking. We will have 3 workouts and a final in our one day event!

Skill Proficiency should be good in Chest-to-bar Pull Ups, double unders, and toes-to-bar.
RX Teams should have at least 1 athlete who can perform high skill movements bar/ring muscle ups, legless rope climbs, pistols, handstand push-ups.

Barbell Weights:

Female RX - 125,145,165, 175

Female Scale - 85, 105, 125,145

WOD Rules - 

The goal of the Ladder is to accumulate as many points as possible, as a team, within 3 Minutes. 

Both partners will have a running clock of :90 seconds to complete as many repetitions as possible. 

Each lane will have 4 bars 1 of each per quadrant. The bars increase in weight moving down the Lane. 

The bars in the first quadrant are worth 1 point when successfully lifted. The bars in the 2nd are worth 2 points, 3 in 3rd, and 4 in 4th.

  • In each lane, only 1 Athletes at a time may be in play on the ladder. 
  • An athlete on the ladder may attempt to accumulate as many points as possible for their team but only moving forward progressively.
  • An athlete is permitted only one lift attempt per bar.
  • After every successful clean the next barbell must be attempted before returning to the beginning of the ladder. If not a full clean attempt then a full lockout deadlift is sufficient before moving back to the beginning of the ladder for the remainder of the :90 seconds. 
  • Any form of clean will be counted as a rep Power or Squat

  • If you do miss a clean you must deadlift that bar before moving on

Workout Starts with a 2:00 window where partners accumulate as many feet of HS Walking as possible.  Floor will be set up in 5 ft sections.  

RX score = Total Feet of HS Walk completed btw both partners.  1 Partner goes at a time.

INT - Max Wall Walks, 1 partner working at a time.
