Workouts
This workout begins with all four athletes standing behind the start line. After “3, 2, 1 … go,” the first male athlete will run across the floor to the barbell and begin 5 clean and jerks. When he has completed his repetitions he will return to the starting position. Once the first male athlete has returned over the start line, the second male athlete will enter for his 5 reps. Once the second male athlete has completed his reps, he will add load to the barbell and return over the line. The athletes will continue working in this fashion until the reps are completed. After completing the repetitions with the third weight, the first bar must be moved back over the start line. The second barbell must then be moved into the lifting area. If at any time an athlete chooses to stop lifting, they will get credit for the lifts completed up to that point and then must return over the start line and remain there until the workout ends. The second athlete may continue to advance, remaining in the lifting area and adding load after completing the necessary repetitions. When both athletes have either completed the workout OR decided to stop lifting, the workout is over for the men. Reset the timer. After no more than 2 minutes, the women must begin working in the same fashion after the call of “3, 2, 1 … go.”
If all members complete all the reps at every bar, the team’s score is the total time taken to complete the workout. The score will be recorded as the sum of the men’s and women’s times. If the team does not complete all the reps, the team’s score is the total number of repetitions completed before each pair’s 7-minute time cap (sum of men’s and women’s completed reps). Teams may not receive ANY outside assistance with loading or moving barbells. The men must load the men’s barbell and the women must load the women’s barbell. In addition, the second male athlete must load the barbell for the men each time unless he can no longer continue, in which case the only remaining male athlete must load the barbell. The second female athlete must load the barbell for the women each time unless she can no longer advance, in which case the only remaining female athlete must load the barbell.
If one pair finishes their portion of the workout and the other pair does not, the finishing pair’s time will be used as a tiebreak time. In the case of a tie (i.e., teams complete the same number of reps), the team with the lower tiebreak time will be ranked higher.

At 3,2,1 go, The two females will begin on the 40 cal Assault Bike, splitting as needed. While the females are on the bike, the two male athletes will perform 9-15-21 Deadlfts and Bar Facing Burpees. One athlete working at a time, athletes can split as needed. Neither group can move on to the next part until BOTH groups have completed their work. When both groups are completed, they will switch. Then men will perform 50 cals on the Assault Bike while the Women complete the 9-15-21 Deadlifts and Bar Facing Burpees. One athlete working at a time, athletes can split as needed. Score is time completed.

Workout flow:
All athletes start behind starting line. At the start of 3, 2, 1, GO! Athlete 1 runs and starts accumulating calories on the ski, athlete 2 starts accumulating calories on bike erg, athlete 3 starts accumulating calories on row and athlete 4 starts on chipper. Athlete 4 must successfully complete all reps of the 40, 30, 20, 10 chipper before any athlete changes stations on machines. Once athlete 4 has successfully competed the chipper, athlete 4 will go and tag athlete 3 from row and continue accumulating calories where athlete 3 left off. Athlete 3 will then tag athlete 2 from bike, and pick up where athlete 2 left off. Athlete 2 will tag athlete 1 from ski and pick up where athlete 1 left off. From there, athlete 1 will start on the 40, 30, 20, 10 chipper.
Continue in this fashion until all athletes have successfully completed through the chipper. Athletes accumulating calories may not change machine station until the athlete performing the chipper successfully completes all reps.
Two scores:
Score 1: total time combined of the 4 athletes to complete the chipper. If chipper is not completed by all 4 athletes by the end of the 16 min AMRAP, score is total successful reps completed at the 16 min mark.
Score 2: total calories combined from bike, ski, and row for entire duration of 16 min amrap.
If ALL athletes of the team successfully complete chipper before 16 mins, athletes may continue in any fashion accumulating reps on machines for the remainder of the 16 mins with 3 working at a time, 1 athlete resting.

Partners rotate between wall walk/ toes to bar and carry’s as needed. Must rotate together as a pair.
At 3-2-1 go Male 1 and Female 1 will begin accumulating reps of synchro wall walks and synchro toes to bar. Partner must synchro wall walks at the top of the movement. Partners must synchro toes to bar with toes touching the bar at the same time.
While Male 1 and Female 1 are accumulating reps on the wall walks and toes to bar, Male 2 and Female 2 will complete as many 25’ sections of a bear hug sandbag carry as possible until pairs are ready to switch. One partner must always be accumulating sandbag carry reps for pair to accumulate wall walks and toes to bar reps.
Pairs can switch at any point during the workout and they must rotate as pairs. Pairs coming to the wall walks and toes to bar will pick up where other pair left off.
Score will be total reps of wall walks, toes to bar and 25’ sections of sandbag carries completed in the 8 minute window.
RX/Masters: Regular Wall Walks and Regular Toes to Bar. (Both partners hands must be behind the 55" tape line from wall).
Scaled: Modified Wall Wlaks (Both partners hands must be behind the 55" tape line from wall). Hanging leg raises. Feet must come above the hip crease.
