SouthEast Open Throwdown
About This Competition
Welcome to the first Open Throwdown. This competition will collectively pull local gyms together and have them compete using the CrossFit Open rules, workouts and format. This will allow for a more competitive pool of athletes!
DIVISIONS
Scaled, Rx'd, Male and Female for the following
Teens (up to 17)
18-34
35-44
45-54
55+
All variations of the workouts will be prescribed as is on the Crossfit Games website.
WORKOUT RELEASE
CrossFit Games will be releasing the workouts on a weekly basis, you will have the same amount of time to complete the Wod as prescribed in the open.
QUALIFIERS
The first 3 open workouts will be the qualifiers for the Semi-Finals in which 2 more weeks of workouts will be released. You will need to make the top 25% of your division to qualify for the semi finals.
PRIZES
1st place in each division will have a prize. Prizes will be based on number of competitors in each division.
JUDGING
Judges are reccommended to have completed the online CrossFit judges course. Each judge will have to put their name on the athletes scorecard
ENTERING SCORES
Scores will be entered along with a photo of your scorecard for verification.
