About This Competition
Qatar Women's Sports Committee Ladies only fitness challenge - 23 January 2021.
A private ladies only competition held in the Qatar Women's Sports Committee HQ located near Aspire
Competition will be for teams of 2 and cover a range of fitness challenges over the course of the day
Deposit of QAR200 per team must be paid in cash at StrongBox gym prior to the event to reserve your place. Deposit will be returned after the event and for a maximum of 7 days following event conclusion
Amazing prizes, VIP guests and lots of lots of fun.
FAQ:
- Teams of 2 ladies (if you don't have a partner please let us know and we will try and find you someone)
- Movements are non-technical and suitable for all levels
- Event will be on one day only and start on Saturday 23 January. You must arrive at registration time or forfeit your space
- Substitutions due to injury are permitted at the discretion of the event manager
- Judges are volunteers - please respect their decisions
- Registration deposit must be collected within 7 days of the event or will be forfeited
- Workout details will be released via intsagram on @thestrongbox
- The event will be ladies only with female judges and organisers. However the event is in an outdoor area so 100% privacy can not be guaranteed
- Prizes will be awareded by the Qatar Women's Sports Committee at the end of the event

REPS MAY BE SPLIT BETWEEN ATHLETES IN ANY WAY EXCEPT BURPEE BROAD JUMP WHICH MUST BE 10M AND 10M

FOR TIME - 60 CLEAN AND JERKS AT 40KG - TAG TO CHANGE, SPLIT AS DESIRED
ATHLETES START 10M APART - ONE BY THE BARBELL ONE IN THE WAITING AREA
AT TIME START ATHLETE 1 PERFORMS AS MANY CLEANS AS POSSIBLE. WHEN SHE BREAKS SHE MUST RUN 10M TO TAG PARTNER WHO MUST THEN RUN BACK TO THE LIFTING ZONE TO CONTINUE
