Scaled- 135/95; Step Up's @ 24/20"; 14/10; Hanging Knee Raises; Ring Rows; 95/65
Master's- 165/115; 24/20"; 20/14; T2B; Pull Up's; 115/75
There will be a row or platform of bars set up with a pre-determined weight, increasing with each bar you make it to. Each person will have :20 sec to complete a "good" rep before your turn is over and moving on to the next person/team. If you miss at any bar or don't get a successful lift in your :20sec, you are out but your partner may continue going through. We will run all teams in each division at the same time, going 1 person at a time, through each weight.
For example: Team member 1 from "x" team hits 135, team member 2 from "x" team hits 135: Go to the end of the line. Team member 1 from "y" team hits 135, team member 2 from "y" team fails 135, that team member is out and we move to the next team. We will continue this with each heavier bar until everyone fails, then add up the highest successful lift from both partners, that will be your "total" for this event.
