Formerly the Richard Russell CrossFit Thanksgiving Throwdown and Monster Mash
This year we are going to Rename and KEEP the "Battle on the Bay"
This will be a teams of two, one Male one Female
Rx, Scaled AND this year we are opening up an Intermidiate Division!
