Workout Flow:
Each Teammate does the 21s, 15s, and 9s of bike and Row then syncro on the burpees.
At the start of 321 GO, Athlete one will do 21 Bike Cals and then partner 2 will do 21 Bike Cals….then Each do 21 row Cals, then synchro on the burpees. Continue until all reps are completed or the time cap expires! Lets Go!!!!
