Majors Move Cup'24
About This Competition
Our Team Challenge is back!
We are happy about every registration in following categories:
- M/M
- M/F
- F/F
The registration window is open for you from July 15th to August 31st - according to the motto first come first serve. We have 15 spots available for every category!
Requirements:
Weightlifting
- Dumbbell Movements 22.5 Kg/ 15 Kg
- Kettlebell Movements 24 Kg/ 16 Kg
- Snatch 43 Kg/ 30 Kg
- Clean 61 Kg/ 43 Kg
- Deadlift 92 Kg/ 61 Kg
All weights are pre-announced for multiple reps - for single reps it might be heavier.
Gymnastic - at least one of the team members should be able to perform:
- C2B / Pull Ups
- T2B
- Wall Walks
- Double Under
We reserve the right to raise the skills level for finalists in the last Workout :)
Don't be afraid and if you don't feel confident anywhere, see it as a challenge!
