Valhalla Hybrid Training organise un HYROX Challenge le 29 juin 2025 dans notre salle. Participez à une épreuve type HYROX, conçue pour tester votre endurance en Team!
L’épreuve :
En équipes de 2, parcourez 8 km de course (fractionnés en 800 m) entrecoupés de 8 stations :
800 m Row
80 Box KB Suitcase Step Over (50 cm, 24/16 kg)
80 m Sled Push (180/130 kg)
80 Burpees Facing Over Lane
80 DB Snatch (22,5/15 kg)
160 m Sandbag Bear Hug Carry (45/30 kg)
80 HRPU (Hand Release Push-Ups)
80 Plate Front Rack Squat (20/15 kg)
Chaque duo partage les stations et court ensemble.
