About This Competition

Grab your partner and get ready to rumble!

- Same sex teams of two with divisions for Rx, Intermediate, Scaled, Masters (35+)
- We will also have an Adaptive division for individual males and females.

There will be 3 workouts and a floater WOD that will test you and your partner on all levels of functional fitness and FUN!
