1. Exclusive for Erada Fitness Athletes only (Athletes that have been members in Erada Fitness for at least 1 months prior to the competition)
2. Team of 2 with a cap of 10 teams
3. Team has to be able to do all open standard movements
Women Team Active
1. Exclusive for Erada Fitness Athletes only (Athletes that have been members in Erada Fitness for at least 1 months prior to the competition)
2. Team of 2 with a cap of 10 Teams
3. Six months of any type of Fitness Experience Required
Note: All workouts will take place in the Erada male section. The competition will be exclusive to female athletes and spectators
