About This Competition
Friendly Mix pairs competition for RX and Scaled athletes held at Crossfit Stonehouse.
There will be 3 workouts to test your fitness.
Price- £70 for a team of 2
No qualifiers just sign up!
Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
RX Movement Standards:
Atleast 1 member of your team needs to be able to do:
- Muscle Ups / C2B / Pull Ups / TTB
- HSPU / Handstand Walking
And both team members need to be able to do:
- Double Unders
- Box Jumps
- Barbell: 42.5-60kg / 30-42.5kg
- Dumbell: 22.5kg / 15kg
- Kettlebell: 24kg / 16kg.
Scaled Movement Standards:
- Jumping: Muscle Ups / C2B / Pull Ups
- Knees to chest
- Single Unders
- Box Step Ups
- Barbell: 30-42.5kg / 15-20kg
- Dumbell: 15kg / 10kg
- Kettlebell: 16kg / 12kg.

Workouts
Mixed Pairs 2025
Workout 1
10min AMRAP:
- Max echo bike cals.
and as many reps as possible of:
- 12 db snatches (22.5/15kg)
- 8 burpee jumps (24/20'' box)
Each athlete has 6 minutes each (12 minutes in total) to establish a max complex:
- Clean,
- Front Squat,
- Hang Clean,
- Front Squat.
4 rounds for time:
(or accumulate reps within a 12 minute time cap).
- 12 Toes to bar (whilst one partner hangs)
Then in Synchro
- 12 wall balls (9/6kg)
- 12 deadlifts (70/50kg)
4 rounds for time:
(or accumulate reps within a 12 minute time cap).
- 12 Toes to bar (whilst one partner hangs)
Then in Synchro
- 12 wall balls (6/4kg)
- 12 deadlifts (50/35kg)
