Calling all MASTERS!
We sold out the past two year so do not delay and grab your buddy and get signed up!
You must be 35 or older to participate in our competition!
Please use the division you will be competing in, in the 2025 CrossFit Open!
Division:
M/F (35-44) RX
M/F (35-44) Scaled
M/F (45+) RX
M/F (45+) Scaled
You will take the age you are in the 2025 CrossFit Openand combine it with your partner and divide by 2!
For example:
Partner 1 is 36
Partner 2 is 60
36+60= 96
96/2 = 48
They will compete in the 45+ divisions!
All sales are final - unless we have a waitist and another team can take your spot!

HSPUs - The athlete must perform the handstand push-ups with both hands touching the tape line 10 inches from the wall. - This tape line must be 30 inches long and no wider than 2 inches. Any portion of the athlete's hands may be touching the line (fingers OK)
HAND-RELEASE PUSH-UP (SCALED ONLY)Elbows must be locked out with the feet no wider than shoulder width. A straight body position must be maintained throughout the push-up. No snaking, sagging, or pushing up from the knees. The chest (nipple line or above) must touch the floor.
Kettlebell Swings – involves swinging the kettlebell between the legs and launching it overhead, with the bell fully inverted at the top of the swing
Wall Balls – squatting until the hip crease is below the knees, the wall ball must hit the target or above
-Each teammate must complete at least 1 rep of each movement
