Crossfit Unshakable will be hosting its 1st Annual WAR GAMES Competition on April 1, 2017 at its home in Durant, Oklahoma. This will be a same-sex team competition with Novice, RX and Scaled divisions. 3 WODs plus a championship round.

10 MIN TIME CAP 50 calorie row 40 kettlebell swings 30 box jumps 20 hang power snatch 10 OHS (FS for novice) There will be a short (30 min) sprint between each station Each partner must perform at least one rep of each movement.

6 min EMOM EMOM 6 hand release burpee bar overs and max effort cleans (power or squat) Partner 1 performs minutes 1, 3 and 5. Partner 2 performs minutes 2, 4 and 6. Score is total number of reps on the cleans.

FT 11 MIN TIME CAP 200m row + 21 thrusters 200m row + 15 thrusters 200m row + 9 thrusters P1: 200m row + 21 thrusters P2: 200m row + 21 thrusters P1: 200m row + 15 thrusters P2: 200m row + 15 thrusters P1: 200m row + 9 thrusters P2: 200m row + 9 thrusters If time cap is reached, score is number of thrusters reps + meters covered.
