About This Competition
It's time for the TYR Wodapalooza Online Challenge & Qualifier (WZAOC) ! Not only is the WZAOC the first step to earning a spot to compete in Miami this January, it's also a great opportunity to throw down with your gym fam.
Our mission at WZA is to celebrate fitness, community, and life and there's no better way than through competition. It gives us a chance to earn the glory of the win and to prove to ourselves and others that hard work pays off.
With 44 divisions to choose from, we've got something for all athletes from scaled to elite.
How to Compete
One community. Two ways to compete. Endless ways to celebrate.
Athletes have two options for the WZAOC, individual or team. The first two weeks are focused on our individual athletes.
The first week starts September 15th, with scores due on September 19th at 8:00PM ET.
The second week starts September 22th, with scores due on September 26th at 8:00PM ET.

Teams are comprised of 3 men or 3 women. Teams workouts will be released starting on October 13th, with scores due on October 24th at 8:00PM ET.
- Individual: September 15th - September 22nd
- Team: October 13th - October 24th
For athletes looking to compete at WZA Miami in January, the first step, regardless of division, is the WZAOC. All athletes are required to participate in order to earn a spot.
