Workouts
For Load:

1 Shoulder to Overhead
* You have 8 minutes to find your combind total.
* An individual must never go down in weight
* If you have started a lift on 8 mins you may finish
For Time:
2000m Row
60 DB Step ups (20") 22.5/15 (One Step Up)
60 Wallballs @7/9kg
* Both partners must row 250m x 2 YGIG for the first 1000m. You must change once the meters hit 250 - 500 - 750 - 1000 and not before.
* Once you hit 1000m you can start on the step ups. How you split it is up to you.
* Your time will be your 2000m row time plus your overall time.
*If you dont finish in the time cap you will add 2 points on for every nissed rep. EG if you have 12 wallballs left your overall time will be 12:24 plus your row time.
*If you fail to finish the row you will recieve zero points.
