About This Competition

Competencia Interna MPT BY MAX

Las reglas que deben seguir los atletas de CrossFit:


1- Debes ser mayor de 14 años para poder competir.

2- Durante la competición te puede tocar de todo, desde correr, saltar el cajon o hacer un press de banca, así que tienes que prepararte de manera integral.

3- Debes estar en muy buena forma física durante todo el año.

4- Está prohibido doparse, como es obvio, y los controles en las competiciones son exhaustivas.

5- Competir en el Open es casi una obligación...

6- Competirás contra muchos de atletas.

7- Compites siempre por ser tu mejor version.

8- El evento es de un solo día.

9- Debes enviar las puntuaciones a tiempo.

10- Hay que realizar minimo 2 eventos.

11- Tu puntuación debe ser validada por un juez.

12- La competencia es individual.

13- Debes ser miembro activo de MPT BY MAX.

14- Debes de conocer los estandares de los movimientos.

15- Debes entender bien cómo funcionan las puntuaciones.
