About This Competition

Our first Off Grid Throwdown, 2023 is our biggest year yet adding in 2 new categories Intermediate mixed sex and Intermediate masters same sex pairs.

The ultimate test of fitness over 2 days. Hosted by the TMM Fitness in small country town, Tumut NSW.

*Must be a minimum of 12 years old to enter.
*Masters must over 40 on date of competition.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Day 1: Off Grid

Registration will be at 1/377 Wee Jasper Rd Bombowlee NSW 2720. Then we will be getting onto a bus and going off site for the whole day this means you need to be prepared for a day of competition. This venue is in National Park.

Buses are only available for athletes. Teens under the age of 16 may be accompanied by 1 adult on the bus. Spectators may drive to this location and parking will be available. There will be a short walk from parking to venue arena, if you have heavy items, or have mobility requirements we are more than happy to arrange a lift from the parking to venue. It is a 15-minute drive to the venue.

There will be multiple outdoor events in hot conditions.

There will be first aid onsite and portable toilets at the venue.

What to bring:

Water, swimming gear, food, shoes for running, all necessary CrossFit gear, sunscreen, something to sit on forms of shade i.e., gazebos, please note there is also shaded areas.
