Flow: Athletes will start in front of the skier with both feet off the machine. At 3-2-1 go, athlete may step onto the skier and begin the assigned ski distance.
Once the ski is complete, they will move to the 180ft Sled Push in 4x45 ft increments. Front of sled must touch the finishing line.
After the sled push, they will complete the 300ft Farmer’s Carry.
They will then exit the arena doors and complete a 1,000m run loop with a turnaround at the 500-meter mark –athlete must run around the 500m marker.
After returning to their lane, they will complete 60 sandbag cleans into, 180ft sandbag lunges, 4x45ft increments.
They will advance to the rower and complete the 1000m row distance.
Next, they will head to sled pull, and complete 180ft sled pull, 4x45ft increments. **Athlete will finish on the opposite side from where they began, and the sled will end where it began.
They will advance to complete 3x45ft lengths of burpee broad jumps.
Athletes will then complete a second 1,000-meter run loop.
Athletes will advance to 100 wall ball shots. Once all wall balls are complete and athlete is given approval by their judge, they will sprint to the finish. Time will be scored when they cross the finish line.
FOR PAIRS, the only flow differences are that all movements except the run may be split as desired. **The 1,000m runs must be completed together. Partners do not have to run at the same pace, but floor work may not continue until both partners have returned from the run. At the finish, time stops when both partners cross the line.
Movement Standards:
Ski:
Both feet must remain on the erg platform until the designated number of meters appearson the monitor.
Sled Push:
Both hands must remain on the sled while it is in motion.
Athletes may push from any position; high and low drive positions are both allowed.
The entire sled must cross the line for the length to count.
Dragging or pulling the sled push is not allowed.
Kettlebell Farmer’s Carry:
Both kettlebells must be carried at the same time. Elbows must remain fully extended; kettlebells may not be racked on the shoulders.
If the kettlebells are set down, both must be restarted from the point where the furthest-back bell was dropped; rolling a kettlebell forward on the ground is not allowed.
The athlete must cross the line under control for the length to count.
Run:
Athletes must complete the full distance on the designated course.
Taking shortcuts or cutting inside cones will result in the athlete being sent back to where the violation occurred.
Sandbag Clean:
Each rep begins with the sandbag on the ground. The rep is credited when the sandbag is moved from the ground to the shoulder and the athlete reaches full hip and knee extension with control at the top.
There is no requirement to remove a hand from the bag at the top.
Touch-and-go reps are allowed if the sandbag makes clear contact with the floor between reps.
Sandbag Walking Lunge:
The sandbag may be held in any position, including front rack, back rack, bear hug, or shoulder, if it does not touch the legs.
The back knee must touch the ground on each rep, and the athlete must reach full hip and knee extension at the top.
Both feet must cross the line for the length to be credited.
The athlete may rest with the rear knee on the ground, but if the sandbag touches the ground or the legs, it will be considered a no-rep.
Row:
The athlete must remain seated while 1,000 meters is being completed.
The handle must be returned to the rack after completion.
Sled Pull:
Athletes may not touch the sled and may only use the rope to move it from a standing or walking position.
Athletes’ must remain inside their designated athlete box/lane throughout the movement.
Any pulling technique is allowed.
Athletes’ rope may not interfere with neighboring lanes.
Athletes may rest at any time, but may not be advanced by any other method than pulling.
Stepping outside the athlete box or crossing the boundary line is not allowed.
The station is complete once all 4 lengths are finished and sled crosses the final line.
Burpee Broad Jump:
Each rep begins with the athlete standing.
At the bottom of the burpee, the chest and thighs must touch the ground.
The jump forward out of the burpee must use a two-foot takeoff and two-foot landing, and the athlete must land under control before beginning the next rep.
To start the next rep, the hands may be placed within 30cm (appx 1 foot) from the front of athletes shoes.
No extra shuffle step after landing is allowed.
Wall Balls:
Each rep begins with the ball in the support position in front of the body.
A squat clean is allowed, but not required, to start a set.
Athletes must squat until the hip crease is clearly below the knees.
The rep is credited when the center of the ball clearly hits the target above the specified height.
