This is an 'inclusive' event which, to us, means the movements and workouts are accessible to people of most abilities.
Don't expect an easy day!
Do expect to have a great time doing some fun PE in a buzzing comp day environment.
And regardless of whether this is your first competition or your 20th - you will be tested by some well rounded fitness tests!
