About This Competition

Fuel the Future - CrossFit Kids Competition by CrossFit 2283. Providing a fun day of crossfit, healthy competition and community. 

1 Day - 3 Workouts

Location: CrossFit 2283 - 6 Immarna Road, Rathmines

Date: 22nd June 2025

Age Divisions: *the division is the age you have turned/are turning in 2025*

Please note age divisions are subject to change, depending on sign ups. 

  1. 8 and under
  2. 9 -10 years 
  3. 11-12 years
  4. 13-14 years 

Once registered, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Front Squats 

Bar Facing Burpees

In the time remaining: max rep sit ups

Time: 6 Minutes

 

8 and under 2.5kg Barbell 

9-10 years 2.5kg Barbell 

11-12 years 5kg Barbell 

13-14 years 10kg Barbell

 

Standards:

Front squat - must hit depth of hips in line with knee crease

Bar facing burpee - can hop or jump over the bar, must have 2 feet off the floor at one point of the jump. Chest and hips must touch the floor before pressing up from the floor. 

 

5 rounds - for time - 10 min cap 

8 and under

15 Push Press (2.5kg Barbell)

15 Box Climbs (can use hands)

15 DB Snatch (1kg Dumbbell)

 

9-10 years

15 Push Press (2.5kg Barbell)

15 Box Jumps or Step Ups (cannot use hands)

15 DB Snatch (3kg Dumbbell) 

 

11-12 years

15 Push Press (5kg Barbell)

15 Box Jumps or Step Ups (cannot use hands)

15 DB Snatch (5kg Dumbbell)

 

13-14 Years

15 Push Press (10kg Barbell)

15 Box Jumps or Step Ups

15 DB Snatch (5kg)

8 Minutes | AMRAP | FOR REPS

All age groups

5 wall walk or x5 10s handstand holds 

15 plate ground to overhead 

30 single skips 

 

 Weight Plate Weights

8 and under - 2.5kg

9-10 years - 2.5kg

11-12 years - 5kg

13-14 years - 5kg
