Rumble in the Hills 2026
About This Competition
We are proud to present the 6th annual Rumble in the Hills!
This RX, Masters/Intermediate, and FUN event will be held at Flex Fitness/Sturgis CrossFit in Sturgis, SD.
Teams of 3 will consist of either Male/Male/Female or Female/Female/Male. This is a very unique format and we know it is an absolute athlete/fan favorite!
2-3 of the workouts will be released prior to the competition throughout the summer.
Movements NOT in RITH 2026: pistols, ring muscle-ups
Possible Rx Movements (at least one member): bar muscle-ups, t2b, c2b pull-ups, double-unders, wallballs, sandbags, ability to run, row, bike, ski, jump, hspu, squat, press, pull, rope climb, dumbbell and kb work and hold positions loaded and unloaded.
Possible Weight Requirements:
Rx weights (at least one member): Deadlift 275/205, Snatch 135/95, Clean 135/95, Press 135/95, DB 50/35#
Possible Ladder complex event starting weights 135/95
Possible Int/Masters Movements (at least one member) c2b pull-ups, t2b, double unders, wallballs, sandbags, ability to run, row, bike, ski, jump, hspu, squat, press, pull, rope climb, dumbbell and kb work and hold positions loaded and unloaded.
Intermediate and Masters weights (at least one member)- Deadlift 205/155, Snatch 95/65, Clean 95/65, Press 95/65, DB 35/25
Possible Ladder complex starting weight at 95/65
FUN- similar to Intermediate but weights will start/be lighter
Possible FUN Movements (at least one member) jump rope, wallballs, sandbags, ability to run, row, bike, ski, jump, squat, press, pull, dumbbell and kb work and hold positions loaded and unloaded.
Possilbe Ladder Complex starting weight at 65/45
