Clean and Jerk Max
Athletes MUST give us their Opening Weight at time of check in
5 athletes per heat
Each athlete will have :30 to attempt the lift, and as many times necessary in that :30 window.
They MUST hit their opening weight before moving on to heavier weight.
We will go down the line, one athlete at a time. We will give each athlete :30, one by one. The rest time per athlete is going to be while the other athletes are attempting their lifts, one at a time, in their :30 window.
This gives each athlete 2:30 before their 2nd attempt, and another 2:30 minutes before their 3rd and final attempt.
This workout is scored by weight
The higher the weight, the better the score.
