About This Competition

 

After the sell-out success of last years Hells Bells Mixed Pairs CF Comp, WE ARE BACK FOR 2024!!!

Grab a partner & come & have some fun in our M/F Pairs CrossFit/functional fitness competition based on the beautiful Surf Coast in VIC.

We will have 3 divisions over the weekend:

Rx - Only limited spots available & standards requirements will need to be met. This will be challenging but still fun!

Intermediate - incorporating Open movement standards.

Everyday - Open scaled standards.

Masters 40+ - think Intermediate with some modifications. 8 spots available, if this division doesn't fill teams will be moved to Everyday division.

$240 per team until sold out. 

Early Bird entry for returning teams only $200 per team. See returning team promo email.

No refunds on entries. Substitutions up to 5pm Thursday 5/1/2024.

What to bring:

Standard workout gear for around 8-9 workouts.
Swimming gear - you are going to get wet!
Sunscreen :-)

1st 2 min – 10 DB snatches synchro/10 "legs" synchro/ - partner 1 max bike cals.
