About This Competition
Premier Online is an online test of fitness that can be completed by anyone over 3 weeks!
All workouts are easily achievable and will test your endurance, strength and gymnastics skills.
*Equipment List*
- Concept 2 rower
- Olympic barbell and plates
- Pull up bar and wall space
RX male and female prizes - $150 Wodlife Voucher
Scaled male and female prizes - $75 Rogue Australia Voucher
Week 1 random prize - $50 Lululemon Voucher
Week 2 random prize - $50 True Protein Voucher
Week 3 random prize - $50 RX Smart Gear Voucher
Each workout will be released every Friday starting from the 21st of October and you will have until the following Wednesday to complete it.
*You need to video and upload your workouts to be eligible for the prizes*

Males - 5KM Row
Females - 4KM Row
If completed within the time cap, take the time to rest. Part 2 will immediately start on the 20min mark.
If not completed within 20 minutes, then record your distance in metres within the time cap.

3 x Ground to Overhead - 60/40kg
**10min AMRAP** - Scaled
12 x Hanging Knee Raises
6 x Hand Release Push Ups
3 x Ground to Overhead - 40/25kg
7min CAP
1RM Clean - Power or Squat
You will have 7 minutes to find your 1RM clean.
*Part 2 will start at the 20minute mark or immediately after your row if you did not complete the distance within the time cap.*
