Welcome to Vital Summer Co-Ed 2025!
Vital COMP's goal is to bring communities together to celebrate a mutually loved sport, and fitness lifestyle.
Our event is grassroots, with traditional functional movements, performed at high intensity.
Our intent is to provide an honest and fair event; an equal playing field for all athletes.
Beyond this, we aim to give back to the community.
