0815-0900: Athlete Briefing (WOD 1 & 2)
0900-1028: "Fall Guy"
1038-1220: "Macho Monty"
1230-1250: Athlete Briefing (WOD 3 & 4)
1300-1435: "Fawked Up"
1445-1620: "Hung Frawn 'N Thirded"
1630-1700: Podium & Event Wrap Up
