About This Competition
ATHLETE CHECK-INS: 7:30AM – 8:00AM
FIRST HEAT STARTS: 8:30AM
Hosted by Feast Fitness, Rumble on Ravenswood is a team CrossFit competition that brings local athletes together to showcase their fitness in a fun, challenging, and supportive environment.
Registration: $240 + tax per team
Team Format: 3 athletes of the same gender
Divisions:
- RX Male
- RX Female
- Scaled Male
- Scaled Female
What to Expect:
- 3 workouts + a final for the top 4 teams in each division
- Registration includes an event t-shirt
- Official heat schedule and WODs to be released closer to competition day
RX Division Standards
- Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups, Toes-to-Bar, Bar Muscle-Ups
- Handstand Walks, Strict Handstand Push-Ups
- Double Unders
- Box Jumps (24/20")
- Dumbbell Movements (70/50 lb)
- Wall Balls (30/20 lb)
- Snatch / Overhead Squat (135/95 lb)
- Power Clean & Jerk (225/155 lb)
Note: Final WOD may include higher skill gymnastics and heavier loading
Scaled Division Standards
- Pull-Ups, Knee Raises
- Hand-Release Push-Ups
- Single Unders
- Dumbbell Movements (50/35 lb)
- Wall Balls (20/14 lb)
- Snatch / Overhead Squat (75/55 lb)
- Power Clean & Jerk (115/75 lb)

- 100 Double Unders
- 20 Bar Muscle-Ups
- 10 HSW Reps (25' = 1 rep)
