About This Competition

Bienvenue à l'Abbey Throwdown, une compétition exceptionnelle de CrossFit organisée au sein de la pittoresque Abbaye de Bonne Espérance, le 26 août prochain.

Suite à un WOD intense qui a permis de définir les catégories, nous nous préparons à vous offrir une compétition de haut niveau qui mettra vos compétences à l'épreuve comme jamais auparavant. Que vous soyez un athlète confirmé ou un passionné de CrossFit, vous trouverez votre place et pourrez vous surpasser dans le cadre majestueux de l'Abbaye de Bonne Espérance.

Au cours de la journée, vous affronterez une série d'épreuves conçues pour tester votre force, votre endurance et votre agilité. Chaque WOD a été minutieusement élaboré par notre équipe d'experts pour garantir une compétition équitable et stimulante.

L'Abbey Throwdown est bien plus qu'une simple compétition - c'est une célébration de la communauté CrossFit. Entre les épreuves, profitez de l'occasion pour rencontrer et échanger avec des athlètes partageant les mêmes valeurs, soutenir vos concurrents et, surtout, vous amuser.

Welcome to the Abbey Throwdown, an exceptional CrossFit competition set within the picturesque Abbaye de Bonne Espérance on August 26th.

Following an intense WOD that defined the categories, we are gearing up to deliver a high-level competition that will challenge your skills like never before.
