Grab a partner and come throwdown with CFSH to help raise funds for Austin Bulldog Rescue!

Ruff & Tuff III is a partner (f/f, m/m, f/m), RX or scaled competition. 100% of the proceeds goes to Austin Bulldog Rescue which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, breed specific, English Bulldog Rescue Organization in Austin, TX.


Your participation helps ABR: 

Transport Bulldogs from all over Texas to Austin
Helps pay for vet bills
Helps the Bulldogs find a forever home
Provide pet supplies & training
Gives these Bulldogs all the love they deserve!

45 Hang Power Cleans
30 Push Jerks
 
EMOM 5 partner sychro bar facing burpees

 

As a team you will complete 60 deadlifts, 45 hang power cleans, 30 push jerks.

You can switch at anytime.

At the top of every minute, yes, inlcuding starting the workout at min 0, you and your partner will do 5 synchro bar facing burpees.

If you and your partner have 2 different bars for this workout you may not pick your bar up until your partner's bar is on the floor.

Score is total time to complete the workout.

Each partner will have 2 minutes to complete a 200m run then as many reps as possible until the 2 minutes is up.
Partner A will start at 0, 4, 8
Partner B will start at 2, 6, 10

You are responsable to be at the starting line at the beginning of your 2 minute window.
Score will be total reps for both partners of all AMRAP movements.

 

SCALED:

2 minutes to complete:
200m Run + AMRAP Wallballs (14/10)

2 minutes to complete:
200m Run + AMRAP Dball over shoulder (60/40)

2 minutes to complete:
200m Run + AMRAP Box jump overs (24/20) Can jump over or step over

 

Each partner will have 2 minutes to complete a 200m run then as many reps as possible until the 2 minutes is up.
