About This Competition

Welcome to Season Three of Box League!


New look, new branding, same great community. We're very excited to be back and hope that you'll decide to take part in our weekly competition series!


This season we are doing things a little differently. SSN3 will include Co-Ed teams and a Scaled Division.  Each team of two should have an alternate available. Please note, the intention behind having an alternate is not to substitute for another athlete who is not strong at a certain movement. An alternate should only be used if a participating athlete is unavailable that week or is injured. You are here to test YOUR fitness level.

Please sign up for the correct division. If we see RX athletes registering for the Scaled Division, we will place you in the correct division and contact you as to why you have been reassigned.  


Box League spans a 5 week period; (4/1, 4/8, 4/15, 4/22 & 4/29). Each week we will be competing at a different gym located in the Greater Nashville area. The competition night is Thursday, from 6:30 PM - 8:45 PM. Our goal with Chalked Up Box League is to have fun, build community, and allow you to flex your functional fitness muscle through friendly competition. 


Make note of the movements and weight standards below to ensure that you are capable of completing all the movements per your division.

Finish time will be Score 1
