Stronger Things 4: SEND IT
About This Competition
Stronger Things 4 is a co-ed CrossFit competition with a emphasis on STRENGTH! Teams of 2 will complete 4 scheduled workouts over the course of the day that will put their bodies to the test. Workouts will start being released Wednesday 8/30! One WOD a week will be revealed until all four have been announced.
*You may switch divisions once all workouts have been posted.
*Cost is $60/athlete and will include a tank or shirt perfect for HALLOWEEN!

M Partner: 18 Snatches 135/95/65
F Partner: 15 Snatches 95/65/45
M Partner: 12 Snatches 155/105/75
F Partner: 9 Snatches 105/75/55
M Partner: 6 Snatches 165/115/95
F Partner: 3 Snatches 115/85/65
Both athletes will have 3 minutes (each) to find their one rep max Power Snatch. The time is not shared and can't be split. Minutes 9-12 will be the female athlete and minutes 12-15 will be when the male athlete gets their turn. Score is combined load.
