First annual event to bring together the bros for good times, fun workouts, and the opportunity to show what you got!

RX Athletes should be able to complete...

-All RX Open Movements

-315# Deadlift

-225# Clean

-185# Snatch

 

Intermediate Athletes should be able to complete...

-All RX Open Movements EXCEPT HSPU, handstand walks, muscle ups, and pistols.

-275# Deadlift

-185# Clean

-135# Snatch

 

Scaled Athletes should be able to complete...

-All scaled Open Movements

-225# Deadlift

-135# Clean

-95# Snatch

Workouts

1RM bench in remaining time after bike is completed.

40 cal assault bike for time.

While in the waiting area, athlete will inform judge of their preferred starting weight. The athlete will have five barbells, beginning with their starting weight, and increasing in 10# increments. The athlete will attempt to snatch the bars as quickly as possible.

Upon a succesful lift of the fifth bar, the athlete may use the remaining time to perform additional lifts with NO MORE THAN 10# added to each attempt.

Score is heaviest weight snatched, with shortest time to achieve the heaviest lift as the tiebreak.

1:00 Max Cal bicep curl

Immediately into...

300m sprint for time. 

1 second will be subtracted for every curl completed.

Intermediate

1 + Partial Wall Walk

1 + Chest-to-Bar

All divisions will have a single barbell and athletes will line up in the same order as the previous event. With one athlete working at a time, the athlete will have 20 seconds to complete a succesful clean of the prescribed weight, with 10 seconds to rotate between athletes. The weights will be...

RX: 185-205-225-245-260-275-285-295-305-315

Intermediate: 155-175-195-210-225-235-245-255-265-275

Scaled: 95-115-125-135-145-155-165-175-185-195

Athletes will continue until no athletes are able to succesfully lift the weight, or until only one athlete is succesful.

If necessary, weight will continue to increase beyond the prescribed weights if two or more athletes are succesful in their lifts.
