Workouts
MAX OUT EVENT: 8 minutes to find Max:
Both Athletes will have a combined 8 minutes to find a 1RM:
1 Clean & Jerk (Power or Squat, Split or Push jerk allowed)
Athletes 1RM will be combined for score.
STANDARDS:
Plates will be designated for each lane, partners can help load and unload plates when the time starts and share the 8 minutes to each find their 1 rep max. A power or squat clean is allowed and split or push jerk. Athlete must be in full lockout at the end of the rep, hips and shoulders locked out, full extension.
For time: 10 minute time cap

*Partners can decide how to split reps, does NOT have to be even as long as partner does 1 rep of each movement, each round.
STANDARDS:
DB Single arm Overhead lunges: Athletes will start with toes behind the line with one DB overhead and lunge to the 25' mark before turning around and completing the next 25' section or can switch off to their partner until completing the 100' total. Knee must touch the ground on the lunges and the DB must not fall below your head. You will end with both feet (heels) over the line.
Pullups:
RX Chest to bar: Chest must clearly make contact with the bar for each rep in order to count. Kipping and butterfly allowed.
INT: Chin must be above the bar at the top of the rep. Kipping and butterfly allowed.
SC: Jumping pullups, standing tall wrists needs to meet the top of the bar. Rep starts from hanging position with arms locked out, knees bent, must kip in front and jump to get chin over bar and back to starting position.
Lateral burpees over bar: Athletes will begin on lateral side of the bar to complete a burpee, chest and thighs touching the ground, jumping over bar and both feeting landing at the same time on the opposite side of the bar, then completing the next burpee and jumping over, ect. Scaled athletes are allowed to step over bar.
Shoulder to overhead: Barbell will begin at the shoulder and all of the following are allowed: strict press, push press, push jerk but must lock out arms and hips completely before lowering the barbell back to the shoulders for the next rep.
Part B Floater Wod: Max Cals in 5 minutes
One Partner on Bike for Calories while other Partner is performing Sandbags Over Shoulder for Max Reps. May switch at any time, but you do not have to switch. *These will be entered as two separate scores.

Part A Floater Wod: Max Reps in 5 minutes
One Partner performing Sandbags over Shoulder for Max Reps, while other Partner on Bike for Calories, May switch at any time.

STANDARDS: Each rep begins with the sandbag on the floor, athlete will take the bag from ground to over the shoulder. The bag must clearly be thrown and pass over the shoulder, not to the side, which will result in a no rep. Athletes can switch at any time but do not have to switch.
Each partner will complete a full round before switching. After both partners complete a full round, reps will go up by two. Scoring will be based on total reps completed in 8 minutes
2 Alternating DB Hang Clean and Jerks

Int/Masters: 35/25#
Scaled: 25/15#, Knee Raises, Step Overs
STANDARDS:
Alt. DB Hang clean and jerk: DB must start below the waist and above the knee for the hanging portion of the clean and jerk. This will be performed as two separate moves (the DB clean to shoulder and then a press/jerk overhead to avoid snatching the DB) and end in complete lockout of hips and shoulders before lowering the DB to switch hands and start the next rep.
Box Jump Overs: Athletes do not need to stand and lockout at the top of the box. Both feet need to touch the top of the box. Rep does not count until both feet touch the floor on the opposite side of the box. Scaled athletes are completing step overs but same standard applies.
Toes to bar: Athletes start from a hang position and must get their toes to touch the bar for every rep to count and heels brought back behind the rig to begin the next rep. For Scaled athletes, knee raises must rise above the hips and heels brought back behind the rig for the rep to count.
