DETAILS: Teams of 2

*Rx Division
$150 per Team (t-shirt included!)

Athletes will compete in 4 Scored Events
After all teams have completed the first 4 events, we will then announce the Top 5 Male & Female pairs to throwdown in a Final Event.
MOVEMENT STANDARDS:
Double Unders
Box Jumps (20", 24" & 30")
Bar Muscle Up *Only 1 partner needs to be able to perform*
Overhead Squat 135/95#
Power Clean 155/105#
Deadlift 225/155#

Deadline for Guaranteed T-shirt - September 15th
Workouts Released - Sept 9th-30th
Registration Closes - September 30th
Heat Schedule Emailed - October 6th
Competition Day - October 8th

Please note that we will not be issuing any refunds once registered. However, if you can find a substitute team to take your place you are free to do so. If the occasion arises please email shea@northrimcrossfit.com with this information prior to Sept. 30th.
