Beschrijving
In watervalstijl begint Buddy 1 met de eerste 500m op de Ski-Erg. Buddy 2 start zodra Buddy 1 klaar is. Vervolgens gaat Buddy 1 direct door naar de Row-Erg om 500m te roeien. Buddy 2 volgt steeds zodra Buddy 1 klaar is, inclusief na de 1000m op de Echo Bike.

Beschrijving RX
You Go, I Go! Buddy 1 start vanuit de startpositie en rent naar de muur voor:
- 3 Wall Walks(Handen tussen de muur en de Lijn)
- 3 Shuttle runs uit (12m heen en weer vanaf het rek en om de pion heen).
- 3 Bar Muscle-ups.
Daarna rent Buddy 1 naar de overkant voor een high five met Buddy 2, die vervolgens dezelfde movements uitvoert.
Beschrijving Scaled
3 Wall Walks (handen tussen de muur en de lijn en voeten over de Lijn)
en Burpee Pull-ups (*) IPV Bar muscle-ups.
(*) als een atleet geen pullup dan wel kipping pull up kan mag deze de jumping variant doen.
De atleet moet zelf de schijven stapelen en weer terugleggen op de plek voordat er weer gewisseld wordt.

TIMECAP 4:00
Goal:
Go for max reps clean & press with the axle bar while your buddy does the DB Crucifix hold.
Sequence:
Athlete 1= (*) DB Crucifix Hold
Athlete 2= Axle clean and press
(*) When you lower the Hold below the line= you switch= but you first both go to the penalty line (axle barbell) and do 2 synchronized burpees.

30x Slamball to the shoulder and max. Zercher Axle Barbell Lunge Steps.
Sequence:
1. Athlete 1&2 start with IGOYGO 30x slamball 2 the shoulder.
2. Remaining time Athlete 1&2 go for max meters Zercher Axle Barbell Lunge Steps.

Scaled V= 20/30kg
