- Mixed pairs (1 male / 1 female) with a 10 year age gap between partners!
- 2 Divisions total: RX & Scaled
- $146/team
RX MOVEMENT STANDARDS
- Chest to Bar Pull-Ups & HSPU
- Toe to Bar
- Double-Unders
- Box Jump
- Wallballs (20# to 10'/14# to 9')
- Dumbbell Movements at 50/35
- Kettlebell Swing at 70/55
- Max Lifts & Complexes; *Athletes should be able to complete 5+ reps at the loads below:
- Deadlift (275/175)
- Power Clean (185/125)
- Front Squat (155/105)
- Shoulder to Overhead (155/125)
- Thruster (135/95)
- Power Snatch (135/95)
*This does not guarantee these movements in the event

- Chin Over Bar Pull-Up (at least one athlete)
- Hanging Knee Raise
- Single-Unders
- Step-Up (20/16)
- Wallballs (14# to 10 '/10# to 9')

If you are typically able to perform Open Workouts Rx, then we recommend the prescribed divison. If you have to scale more than half of Open workouts, then we recommend the scaled division.
