About This Competition

We are a Florida nonprofit providing FREE fitness classes in two locations to people recovering from addiction and their loved ones. OUR MISSION IS TO INSPIRE HEALTH AND HOPE AND TO DE-STIGMATIZE THE DISEASE OF ADDICTION IN OUR SOCIETY. Help us continue to provide a safe, supportive, healthy space!

Grab a partner and get ready to raise funds, spread awareness, celebrate fitness & make memories!

Choose between Scaled and RX divisions for Guy/Guy & Girl/Girl teams of 2.

WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE A NEW DIVISION!

CoEd RX!

Each team will tackle 3 workouts on Saturday, November 18th, 2023. Look for standards on our social media & website to help you choose the right division for you. Workouts will be released shortly before the day of the event.

We will kick things off at 9 am SHARP with the first workout starting at 9:15 am at CrossFit Hype:

1000 NW 1st Ave Unit 28, Boca Raton, FL 33432.

Included in your registration are a competition shirt and your very own customizable Give Lively Fundraising page! The individuals that raise the most funds will win PRIZES! The suggested goal is $300 per person. We thank you in advance for your support and participation!

120 Double unders

60 Dumbbell shoulder to overhead

60 Toes 2 bar

30 Dumbbell box step overs

60 Chest 2 bar pull-ups 

60 Handstand pushups

 


CoEd RX+ division:  50’s/35’s, both to 24”, kipping HSPU

Rx: 50’s/35’s, 24/20”, kipping HSPU

For total reps: Split work as desired

 


120 Single unders

60 Dumbbell shoulder to overhead

60 Toes to midline/ knees to chest

30 Dumbbell box step overs

30 Kipping pull ups OR 60 jumping pull ups

60 Kipping HSPU OR 120 knee push ups

 

Sc :25’s/15’s, 20/20”, pull-ups or jumping pull-ups, kipping hspu WITH 2 pads/no plates or knee push ups 

IF chosing to do jumping pull ups or knee push ups- for scoring purposes every 2 reps completed will count as 1. You may choose one or the other for each movement. Example: jumping pull ups & kippping hspu. 
*** teams that choose KNEE PUSH UPS or not the HSPU option... you MUST demonstrate the ability of getting your feet onto the wall in any manner possible before each AND every set of push ups begin! This means either a handstand kick up, headstand kick up, OR even just feet on the wall in a wall wall position.****

100 Calorie Echo bike for time

15 minute time cap/ switch as desired

 

BOTH PARTS 1&2 GOING AT THE SAME TIME. BOTH ARE SEPERATE SCORES AND BOTH ARE FOR TIME.

 

If not completed, +1 sec per calorie onto 15 min time cap.
