About This Competition

The road to the Magic City starts here!

In 2025, the Magic City Games will host its first online qualifier to qualify individuals for the Magic City Games.

The Open Qualifier is for anyone ready to push, prove, and perform, with workouts made for the everyday athlete.

Qualifier Info:

🗓️ March 21 - April 2

💪 2 Weeks | 2 Workouts | Multiple Scores

🏆 Places 1–28 qualify for the Rx Division

🏆 Places 29–56 qualify for the Intermediate Division

📩 Invitations will be sent starting the week of April 7

The Magic City Games (formerly the 205 Throwdown) is Birmingham, Alabama's premier two-day fitness competition for individuals and two-person teams. Our competition stands out for delivering a truly elite experience, featuring unique offsite events, outdoor biking, custom jerseys, and more!
