Basic Open Level Standards and Skills Including:

Clean and Jerk > 135/85#

Snatch > 95/65#

Double Unders

Basic Gymnastics (TTB, Pull Ups, Burpees)

Familiarity with standard dumbbell and barbell movements.

Experience with rowing, assault bike, and running.

Each athlete will complete:


7/5 D-Ball Over Shoulder 100/80#

100’ Sled Push 315/245#

200’ D-ball carry


Athlete 1 completes all three movements, followed by athlete 2. Score is total time it takes both athletes to finish. 8 minute time cap. Tie breaker, time the first athlete finishes.


Clean and Jerk Ladder


M: 135 - 155 - 170 - 185 - 205 - 225 - 245 - 260 - 275 - 290 - 305 - 315

W: 85 - 95 - 105 - 115 - 130 - 145 - 155 - 165 - 175 - 185 - 195 - 205


The ladder is comprised of 12 bars. Each team will have 50 seconds to complete their lifts and 10 seconds to rotate to the next bar.


Score is total weight combined of each athlete’s heaviest lift. If one athlete is unable to make a successful lift, the other teammate may continue on.


For Time:

125/100 Calories on the Rower

100 DB Snatch 50/35#

200 Double Unders 

Run R.D.T. Mile (200 m w/ sandbag) 

 

Time cap: 20 minutes


On 3,2,1, go both athletes will begin working to complete the calories on the rower and DB snatches. Athletes can split up reps however they wish and both can work at the same time. Athletes may begin working on the double unders as soon as the DB snatches are completed. Only one athlete can jump rope at a time.  Athletes can not go out for the run until all calories, snatches, and double unders are completed.


Score is the time that the 2nd athlete finishes the workout. If only one athlete finishes, score is 20 minutes + the time the first athlete finishes. If neither athlete finishes within the 20 min time cap, the score is 40 mins + the time the double unders were completed. If the double unders are not completed, the score is 60 minutes + 1 sec for every double under remaining.

20 Thrusters 95/65#

20 Lateral Burpees Over Bar


Only one athlete can work at a time. Athletes can split up reps however they wish.


Score is rounds plus reps.
