About This Competition
RTW 6 is a Male/Female partner competition featuring three events to crown the fittest team in the tri-state area. The three events will be released shortly with WOD descriptions and standards. 5 Rounds: 20 Bar Facing Burpees 10 Squat Clean & Jerks 10:00 Cap *Partners will perform 20 total bar facing burpees with one partner following the other. After the 20 are complete, 10 squat clean and jerks must be completed in any order as long as 5 are completed by the male and 5 by the female. The weight on the squat clean and jerk increases each round as follows. 135/95 155/105 165/115 185/125 205/135
10:00 AMRAP 5 Dead Lifts 255/165 10 HSPU 10 Toes to Bar The Dead Lift weight and reps remain the same during the 10:00 AMRAP and reps can be completed by either partner with no minimum rep requirement. Each round the HSPU and Toes to Bar increase by 5 reps. Round one is 10 HSPU/10 T2B and round two is 15 HSPU/15 T2B and so on throughout the workout. There are no minimum rep requirements for each movement.
10:00 AMRAP 30 OHS 95/65 30 Box Jump Overs 30 Pull Ups Partners can split reps any way possible with no minimum rep requirements.
