About This Competition

We are excited to annouce this year's Fall Flex Off is upon us! Get two of your fitness friends and get ready to throw down! This year is going to be spooky fun just like the last few years so let's go over some details below...

Where: NCFIT Campbell

When: October 19th

Start/End Time: 8:30am-1:45pm

Who: Teams will consist of 3 competitors, 2 male and 1 female. There will be 16 RX and 1up 6 Adjusted teams competing in 4 events

Sign-Up Dates: 9/5-9/25

NOTE: ALL TEAMMATES MUST BE CURRENT NCFIT MEMBERS!!!

Movement Standards

RX
RX Athletes should be able to complete most movements as prescribed…Toes to Bar, Pull-Ups, Handstand Push-Ups. RX Athletes can expect to move barbells like 95/65, 135/95. RX Athletes should also be proficient with most DB movements with a 50/35.
 
ADJUSTED
Adjusted Athletes should have the ability to complete…Knees to Chest/ Jumping Pull-Ups, DB Deficit Push-Ups. Adjusted Athletes should expect to move barbells like 65/45, 95/65. Adjusted Athletes should be proficient with most DB movements with a 35/20.
