About This Competition

The Hydra Halloween Throwdown is a same sex teams of three competition. RX teams will compete on Saturday October 19th and Scaled teams on October 20th. 

There are no refunds allowed, however you can find someone to take your place if needed. Substitutes can be made up until the competition starts, then the same athletes must be used through the competiiton. 

 

Teams will be tested in 3 events (4 scores). Prizes will be awarded to the podium in each division.

Wod 1: Beetlejuice

3 RFT

45 bar facing burpee

Flow

·         The workout will begin with the three team members standing behind the tape line. On 3-2-1 go athletes will begin working their way through the 45 T2B. Only one athlete may work at a time and the team can move on to the run once 45 reps total have been completed. Once they have reached the prescribed rep amount they team will then run the 200m loop together. Once the run is completed and all members of the team have returned to their lane, then athletes may being working on their 45 Bar Facing Burpees. Only one athlete may work at a time and the team can move on to their T2B once a total amount of 45 burpees are completed. Teams will repeat this process until three full rounds are completed or until the time cap is reached.

·         The workout will begin with the three team members standing behind the tape line. On 3-2-1 go athletes will begin working their way through the 45 Knee Raises. Only one athlete may work at a time and the team can move on to the run once 45 reps total have been completed. Once they have reached the prescribed rep amount they team will then run the 200m loop together. Once the run is completed and all members of the team have returned to their lane, then athletes may being working on their 45 Bar Facing Burpees. Only one athlete may work at a time and the team can move on to their Knee Raises once a total amount of 45 burpees are completed.
