About This Competition

Welcome to the 5th Annual FARMLAND GAMES HOSTED BY CROSSFIT LIMA ZULU (Ephrata Strength and Conditioning)!!!!!!!

This year we are doing a same sex partner competition. There will be both men and women, RX, Scaled and Masters divisions (40+).

This year's competition will consist of 3 workouts, with 1 floater workout that you will schedule to do on competition day.

The top 3 teams at the end of the day will head to THE FINAL. The final is not a winner takes all, but the final will have weighted points.

Each workout also has a tie breaker, listed in the description.
